Wonder Media Network Summer Internship

Wonder Media Network is a pioneering audio-first media company that uses stories to inspire action, to promote equality and justice, and to introduce empathy into politics, business, and culture. WMN is seeking highly motivated students and/or young professionals to join the team as interns.


  • Provide production, logistics, and editorial support for podcasts;

  • Conduct business development research and marketing analytics projects, including preparing briefing materials, stakeholder research, and analyzing media data;

  • Collate, synthesize, and analyze relevant quantitative & qualitative data to help WMN craft and optimize its business development strategy;

  • Prepare written internal and external organization materials;

  • Assist in building and maintaining the organization’s databases and provide key administrative support to help a growing company scale;

  • Work with WMN senior leadership on creative and content, including brainstorming, written editorial, podcast feedback, and content collaboration;

  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current college student

  • Available 20 hours per week

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, and social media platforms

  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities

  • Desire to work in a fun, start up environment with opportunities for leadership

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate over online channels

Note: Academic credit is available upon request. This internship is unpaid. Internship is based out of New York, NY, Washington, DC, or available to work remotely.
