In 2020 DoorDash was going through massive growth and change. And with all the excitement of new team members, the HR team was looking for a way to convey company history and institutional knowledge en masse.
Our Work
We worked with the team to devise an internal podcast concept that could be used not only for onboarding new employees, but also as a way to champion employees’ brightest moments of success.
Production
We created narrative style episodes by interviewing employees and then patching their stories together alongside narrated company history.
Internal Distribution
We worked with the team to develop an internal distribution strategy to reach the broadest number of employees, and we also worked with Recruiting to surface snippets of audio on social and on the recruitment page to showcase employee success.
