Extending a brand campaign into audio
In May of 2022, Greenhouse did their first-ever massive brand campaign with the goal that all audiences would believe that Greenhouse can meet their hiring needs. There was a live conference, a massive out-of-home campaign, print ads, highly produced social video, and the drive to make a great podcast. Since then, WMN has worked with Greenhouse to produce three seasons of the podcast, each playing a key role in their larger brand campaigns.
Our Work
We worked with the team to create an engaging podcast that humanized HR leaders and served as a sales enablement tool for the Greenhouse team.
Production
Our team sourced talent and subjects, conducted all interviews, led on scriptwriting and editing, and developed a sonic framework that supported a listener experience of calm and connection.

Our team worked hand in hand with Greenhouse to produce complimentary video content to use across their social channels.
Marketing & Distribution
We leveraged data-driven strategies to introduce new listeners to The Greenhouse Podcast and expand the reach of the show. From media planning to executive communications to technical expertise, we managed all aspects of promoting new seasons of the show.
